Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please email us immediately, and return them within 14 days from the date you receive them:

If we make any mistake or the item is not as described, we will refund your payment and pay for returning cost, or resend you replacement.

Damaged seriously by the shipment

• In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
• The pictures of original package with front and back sides;
• The pictures or video of the damaged product(s);
• The accessories, including the manuals,  retail box, cables, and all other items originally included in the package are complete;
• The problem of product is not caused by incorrect usage;
• Receive a wrong product not same as the described in website.

 

Return shipping fees

The return item shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. So you should consult your local post office to confirm the return shipping fee. The advise we suggest you is to choose the cheapest and registered airmail method that is available.
