The radios are of nice quality and work fine. The instructions are complicated and, for me, way too many options. The Bluetooth earpieces are nice but almost impossible to get working. So far both pair, on occasion, one transmits and receives and the other does not. When I turn on the radios, I need to pair them each time and I am successful about 20% of the time. The screens go black after a few seconds and I have not found a way to keep them on. I was not smart enough to keep the packaging otherwise I would have returned them. Hopefully my problems are unique.
