Pretty Good But Could Not Get SWR As Low As Desired

Seems to be pretty good; Easy to assemble. I was able to adjust the SWR to 1.68:1 and wish it could be lower (using LMR400 on a 30-foot mast). I need to hit a repeater 21 miles away over hilly and forested terrain but I still get a lot of static. I took it down and installed a pretuned omnidirectional ground plane, and will use the yagi at another location that does not require multidirectional access.
